Warranty policy
Refunds for remaining usage time apply to products covered by warranty.
Coverage
If a covered product fails, the refund is calculated from the remaining duration of the plan. Check the warranty label on the product for its coverage.
Refund processing time
Refund processing may take up to one month.
Refund calculation
Refund = (Total plan days − Days used) / Total plan days × Plan price
Example
A 30-day plan costs 400,000 VND and fails after 15 days. Refund = (30 − 15) / 30 × 400,000 = 200,000 VND.
Product warranty labels
Each price option displays its applicable warranty badge next to the VND price: Plan warranty (such as a 25-day plan warranty) covers pro-rata refunds for unused days if a covered plan fails; Account warranty covers account-level support under the stated plan terms; Products without warranty display no badge and cover initial delivery verification only. Confirm exact terms on Zalo before payment.
